Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this before you use clintongained.garden. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

We Only Make Referrals

Clintongained Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. An independent provider does any work on your property. Clintongained Tree Service does not.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

A referral is not a stamp of approval. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost, or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise a provider will be open in your area at a certain time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

Information Only

The content here is general. It is not advice from an arborist (a tree expert), a lawyer, an insurer, or a financial planner. No two trees or yards are alike. What fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own case.

About Costs

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how hard it is to reach, and more. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on what your insurer decides. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree jobs and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood, and weak structures. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and tell your utility company. If someone's life or safety is in danger, call local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Clintongained Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Read our Referral Marketing Disclosure for the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct and up to date. We cannot promise it is complete or has no mistakes.
