Clintongained Tree Service is a referral service. We help homeowners find independent tree providers. That is all we do. We do not own trucks, saws, or chippers. We do not send out crews.

Why We Exist

Most people do not take down a tree more than once or twice in their life. The first time is hard. You do not know who to call. You do not know what a fair plan looks like. You may not know the words providers use.

We built this site to make that first step easier. Our goal is simple. Help you meet a few providers, compare, then decide with no pressure.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us about your tree and where you live. We look at the providers in our network who work in your area. Then we connect you with a local provider who may be a fit.

The provider then talks with you directly. They may ask for photos. They may ask to see the yard. After that, they give you an estimate. An estimate is a written price for the job.

You can talk to more than one provider. We encourage it. Compare, then decide.

What We Expect From Providers

We ask providers in our network to act in a few clear ways:

• Answer questions in plain words.
• Give a written estimate that lists what the price includes.
• Be honest about what they can and cannot do.
• Show proof of license and insurance when you ask for it, where local rules require it.
• Respect your choice if you say no.

Providers are independent businesses. Each one sets its own prices, schedule, and methods. Hours and availability vary by provider.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not promise a start date or a final cost.
• We do not decide your insurance claim. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

You do not pay Clintongained Tree Service to request an estimate. Providers in our network may pay a fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That fee does not change your right to say no. It does not buy a provider a better spot with you. You make the call.
